Work at Smithtown Summer Camp

A successful summer camp depends on the people running it. We hire counselors, specialty staff, supervisors, and directors who bring maturity, high energy, and a genuine passion for working with children. Many of our staff return year after year, which is part of what keeps families coming back too.

Whether you're leading a group, teaching a specific skill, or supporting a program, we expect you to be present for every week camp is in session. All staff complete pre-season training before opening day so everyone starts the summer on the same page. Staff are a core part of our camp culture, not an afterthought.
